They are reprising their roles as brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield in the much-anticipated Prison Break revival.
And Dominic Purcell told LAGoss.com at the Paley Center's season five screening that he and Wentworth Miller are just as close in real-life.
Dominic said their bond was "not instant, but there was no discomfort between us".

"We more or less got straight into business of working and forging a great connection and a friendship, and that hasn't changed," he explained.
The actor added: "Wentworth is one of my closest friends, we're kind of like brothers, honestly. It's been cool."
Dominic and Wentworth were instrumental in bringing the hit series back, after reminiscing about the good times they had while making the show when they were both appearing on The Flash.

And Dominic revealed that as soon as creator Paul Scheuring agreed to be a part of the sequel season, he knew it would be a success.
"There wasn't any hesitation once Paul Scheuring signed up," he told us. "As soon as Paul was on board, that was it - I was all about it.
"Both Wentworth and I were excited about that, and then we read the script and said 'OK, this is great. This is going to be intense and wonderful.'"
